Relaxation Massage

This is a Swedish style massage and the gold standard of stress reduction and relaxation therapy. This traditional European massage modality uses light, flowing strokes to induce relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve tension. The flowing strokes promote increased blood flow through muscle tissue to enhance circulation and flexibility. Improves energy flow and creates a heightened sense of well-being.

This is the massage to get if you just want to zone out and relax, you don’t want deeper pressure, and you do not have any specific issues. No one area is focused on in a Swedish style Relaxation Massage

Headache / Sinus Relief

Acupressure, reflexology and a relaxing head, neck and foot massage can help relieve pain and discomfort caused by tension, stress or sinus issues. A special aromatherapy blend and hot towels are included in this comforting service.

Oncology therapy session

This is a special session designed for people who are dealing with cancer treatment. It incorporates lymphatic drainage, reflexology and Reiki (energy work) to assist in lymphatic and energy flow. Provides deep relaxation and relief from the side effects of treatment. This is a wonderful way to support the body’s immune system. Great for anyone dealing with illness, recovery from surgery, or just the need to recharge the body and mind.

Facial oil massage: $25

Begins with Lymphatic Drainage massage to de-puff the face and increase circulation. This is followed by cleansing the face with hot towels, followed by a relaxing facial massage with custom facial oil to relax facial muscles, improve tone and texture of the skin on the face and neck.

Foot scrub: $10

Begins with hot towels followed by an aromatic sugar foot scrub to soften and smooth the feet. More hot towels and a foot massage complete this relaxing spa service.

Hand scrub: $10

Begins with hot towels followed by an aromatic sugar hand scrub to soften and smooth the hands. More hot towels and a hand and arm massage complete this relaxing spa service.
